江西省水资源承载力评价及其时空分布特征研究

摘要:

基于2004-2018年江西省水资源、社会、经济和生态环境数据为基础，本文构建区域水资源承载力综合评价模型，对江西省水资源承载力进行评价，探讨其时空分布变化特征。结果表明：（1）江西省水资源地区分布不均，南昌市水资源承载压力最大，九江市承载压力最小；（2）2004年到2018年，江西省水资源承载压力整体呈下降趋势，水资源开发利用呈良性发展状态；（3）2018年南昌、萍乡和鹰潭市水资源承载力濒临超载，其余地区水资源承载适宜，社会经济发展对水资源的压力适中，水资源开发利用尚有较大潜力。该研究成果可为江西省水资源规划与合理开发利用提供决策依据。

Abstract:

Based on the data of water resources, society, economy and ecological environment in Jiangxi Province from 2004 to 2018, by constructing a comprehensive evaluation model of regional water resources carrying capacity, this paper evaluates the water resources carrying capacity of Jiangxi Province, and discusses its spatial and temporal distribution characteristics. The results show that: （1）The regional distribution of water resources in Jiangxi Province is uneven, the carrying pressure of water resources in Nanchang is the largest, and that in Jiujiang is the smallest, but the overall difference is not obvious. （2）From 2004 to 2018, the carrying pressure of water resources in Jiangxi Province showed a downward trend, and the development and utilization of water resources showed a benign development state.（3）In 2018, the water resources carrying capacity in Nanchang, Pingxiang and Yingtan was on the verge of overloading, but in all other regions of Jiangxi Province was appropriate, so the development of social economy in Jiangxi Province has moderate pressure on water resources, and the development and utilization of water resources still have great potential. The research results be able to provide decision basis for water resources planning and rational development and utilization in Jiangxi Province.
