含沙量对输水管网淤塞及水泵选型的影响

摘要:
【目的】探究不同水源含沙量下停灌期管道泥沙淤塞对输水管网水力性能和水泵选型的影响,为浑水灌溉情景下水泵选型提供理论依据。【方法】通过室内实验获得不同含沙量下停灌期管道泥沙淤塞规律,并结合相关经验模型对管道水力损失,清水、浑水条件下水泵工况进行计算分析,并提出浑水水泵选型方案。【结果】试验条件下,含沙量3.24 ~114.02 kg/m3时,管道断面淤塞率为1.06~2.30%,水力损失增幅为0.56~19.65 %。其中,最大水头损失出现在C6水平(114.02 kg/m3);受管道淤塞对管道性能的影响以及与含沙量对水泵性能的影响,清水水泵选型方案将导致实际工况点偏移,C3 ~C6(60.86 ~114.02 kg/m3)水泵效率降低11.95 ~21.03 %。本研究提出的浑水水泵选型方案,考虑了管道淤塞对管道性能的影响以及与含沙量对水泵性能的影响,在满足系统流量、扬程的基础上,提高工作点效率4.20 ~6.23 %。【结论】含沙量对管道灌溉系统中水泵选型的影响较为显著,当含水量超过60.86 kg/m3时水泵不宜依常规清水条件进行选型,应综合考虑管网淤塞与浑水条件下水泵性能变化进行水泵选型。

Abstract:【Objective】The characteristics of pipeline sedimentation and pump selection under different sand concentration have been analyzed in this paper..【Method】The rule of pipeline hydraulic loss is obtained by analyzing the characteristics of sedimentation under the laboratory test and empirical model. Additionally, the selection of pumps with different sediment concentrations was discussed.【Result】when the sand concentration was 3.24 ~ 114.02 kg/m3, the section curtail rate from 1.06 to 2.30%, and the increase of hydraulic loss from 0.56 to 19.65%. Influenced by pipe silting on pipe performance and influence of sediment content on pump performance, the selection scheme of clean water pump will lead to offset of actual operating point, and the pump efficiency of C3 ~C6 (60.86 ~114.02 kg/m3) will be reduced by 11.95 ~21.03%. Considered the influence of pipeline congestion on pipeline performance and the influence of sand content on pump performance,a scheme for selection of muddy water pump was proposed to improve the working point efficiency by 4.20 ~ 6.23%.【Conclusion】The sediment content of water source has a more significant impact on the selection of pump in pipeline irrigation system. The selection of pump based on the relationship between the deposition law of pipe network and the performance of muddy water pump can better meet the operation requirements of pipeline irrigation system under high sand concentration.
