一体化泵站底部已存在泥沙淤积的问题,基于多相流计算理论采用软件CFX对一体化泵站内流动特性进行固液两相流数值模拟,并设计不同优化方案,实现一体化泵站自清洁。根据一体化泵站底部流场流动结构特点,设计了平底底部、台型底部、锥形底部和椭圆形底部等四种底部结构形式。计算结果表明,方案一至方案四的最高效率分别为76.8%、79.2%、80.6%、和78.1%,采用台式底部结构一体化泵站泵装置运行效率最高,水力损失最小,并且高效区范围最大。采用平底底部和椭圆形底部的一体化泵站内存在明显的泥沙淤积,采用锥形底部和台式底部一体化泵站内未见明显泥沙淤积。方案三中台式底部结构一体化泵站泥沙淤积最少,综合性能最高,说明只有合适的进水几何结构,保证水流能够平稳的进入水泵进口,减少泥沙淤积,在保证水泵能够高效运行的同时,能够减少泥沙淤积。 |

Study on flow characteristics and self-cleaning optimization of prefabricated pumping station based on two phase flow theory |

In view of the problem that the bottom of the prefabricated pump station is prone to siltation, based on the multiphase flow calculation theory, the flow characteristics of the prefabricated pump station are simulated by using the software CFX. The influence of the geometry structure form at the bottom of the prefabricated pump station on the operation performance and sediment deposition of the prefabricated pump station is studied. Different optimization schemes are designed to realize the self cleaning of the prefabricated pump station. According to the characteristics of flow field structure at the bottom of prefabricated pumping station, four bottom structures are designed, including flat bottom, platform bottom, conical bottom and elliptical bottom. The results show that the maximum efficiency of the first to fourth schemes is 76.8%, 79.2%, 80.6%, and 78.1%. The operation efficiency of the prefabricated pump station with the desktop bottom structure is the highest, the hydraulic loss is the smallest, and the range of the high efficiency area is the largest. There is obvious sediment deposition in the prefabricated pumping station with flat bottom and oval bottom, but there is no obvious sediment deposition in the prefabricated pumping station with cone bottom and bench bottom. The third plan is the middle and bottom structure prefabricated pump station with the least sediment deposition and the highest comprehensive performance. It shows that only the proper inlet geometry structure can ensure that the water can enter the pump inlet smoothly and reduce the siltation. While ensuring the high efficiency of the pump operation, it can reduce the silt deposition and realize the self-cleaning of the prefabricated pump station. The research results provide some reference for the design of prefabricated pumping station in the project. |
