基于3S技术的大庆地区土壤盐渍化时空变化分析

摘要:【目的】有针对性地监测大庆地区土壤盐渍化的时空变化规律,为土壤盐分监测方面的应用提供参考。【方法】利用野外采样的不同深度土壤含盐量实测数据结合Landsat系列遥感影像反射率进行相关性分析筛选出敏感波段,以多元逐步回归分析的方法构建土壤盐渍化反演模型,用Arcgis绘制盐碱化等级分布图,分析2001~2021年土壤盐渍化时空变化特征。【结果】①表层(0~10 cm)土壤含盐量与反射率相关性更强,将反射率经过数学变换之后相关性也会有所提升。②B1波段对数、B7波段和B7波段的指数构建的反演模型精度和稳定性都得到很好的效果,R2=0.842,RMSE=0.290,可以用作研究区的反演模型。③2001~2021年研究区轻度、中度和盐土面积先增加后减少,重度盐渍化面积呈现先减再增后减的趋势,到2021年为止研究区盐碱化总面积为102262 hm2。【结论】近20年来大庆地区盐碱化面积总体来说先增加后减少,特别是大庆市区盐碱化面积较少幅度最大,在今后的工作中应该重点监测大庆区域其他重度盐碱化县区,确保盐碱化程度不再继续加重。

Abstract :【Objective】To monitor spatial-temporal variation of soil salinization in Daqing area, and to provide reference for soil salinity monitoring. 【Method】 The soil salinization inversion model was constructed by using the method of multiple stepwise regression analysis, and the salinization grade distribution map was drawn by Arcgis. The spatial-temporal characteristics of soil salinization from 2001 to 2021 were analyzed.【Result】①The correlation between soil salt content and reflectance was stronger in surface layer (0~10 cm), and the correlation also improved after mathematical transformation of reflectance. ②The inversion model constructed by logarithm of B1 band, index of B7 band and index of B7 band has good accuracy and stability, R2=0.842,RMSE=0.290, which can be used as the inversion model in the study area. ③From 2001 to 2021, the area of mild, moderate and salinized soil in the study area increased first and then decreased, while the area of severe salinization decreased first, then increased and then decreased, By 2021, the total area of salinization in the study area was 102,262 hm2.【Conclusion】In the past 20 years, the salinization area in Daqing region has increased firstly and then decreased, especially the salinization area in daqing urban area is the largest. In the future, we should focus on monitoring other severe salinization counties in Daqing region to ensure that the degree of salinization does not continue to increase.
