水肥协同对葡萄果粒生长、产量及品质的影响

摘要:
【目的】探究滴灌条件下适宜葡萄果粒生长、提高产量及品质的水肥协同模式。【方法】以多年生‘无核白’葡萄为材料,分别设置3个灌水水平(W1:10950 m3/hm2、W2:9150 m3/hm2、W3:7800 m3/hm2)、3个施肥水平(N1:750 kg/hm2、N2:450 kg/hm2、N3:300 kg/hm2)进行随机组合,共计9个处理,每个处理设3个重复,开展田间水肥协同试验,研究水肥协同对葡萄果粒生长发育、产量及品质的影响。【结果】适宜的水肥协同对葡萄外观品质、百粒质量、产量及品质均有积极的促进作用。水肥协同下,W2N2处理葡萄外观品质、百粒质量、产量、可溶性固形物及硬度均优于其他处理,固酸比W2N3处理最优,但与W2N2处理差异不显著,维生素C W1N1处理最优,且与其他各处理差异显著。【结论】综合比较水肥协同对葡萄各项指标的影响,W2N2处理为最优水肥处理,即灌水量为9150 m3/hm2和施肥量为450 kg/hm2为最优水肥组合,通过建立水肥与产量的二元二次回归模型,确定高产下的水肥用量为9723 m3/hm2、557 kg/hm2,目标产量为38636.53 kg/hm2。

Effects of Water and Fertilizer on Grape Grain Growth, Yield and Quality

Abstract:
【Objective】To explore the coordinated model of water and fertilizer for grape fruit growth, yield and quality improvement under drip irrigation.【Method】Three irrigation levels(W1:10950 m3/hm2, W2:9150 m3/hm2, 7800m3/hm2) and three fertilization levels(N1:750 kg/hm2, N2:450 kg/hm2, N3:300 kg/hm2), a total of 9treatments were randomly combined with 3 replicates for each treatment. The field experiment of water and fertilizer coordination was carried out to study the effects of water and fertilizer coordination on grape grain growth, yield and quality.【Result】The appearance quality, 100-grain quality, yield and quality of grape were positively promoted by the appropriate coordination of water and fertilizer. Under the coordination of water and fertilizer, the appearance quality, 100-grain weight, yield, soluble solids and hardness of grape treated by W2N2 were superior to those of other treatments. The solid-acid ratio of grape treated by W2N3 was the best, but the difference was not significant with that of W2N2. Vitamin C, W1N1 treatment was the best, and the difference was significant with that of other treatments.【Conclusion】The effects of water and fertilizer on grape indexes were comprehensively compared. W2N2 treatment was the optimal water and fertilizer treatment, that is, irrigation amount of 9150 m3/hm2 and fertilizer amount of 450kg/hm2 were the optimal combination of water and fertilizer. Through the establishment of binary quadratic regression model of water and fertilizer yield, it was determined that the amount of water and fertilizer under high yield was 9723 m3/hm2 and 557 kg/hm2, and the target yield was 38636.53 kg/hm2.
