排涝闸站高喷防渗墙在复杂地质条件下的应用

摘要:
结合富春江干堤加固工程排涝闸站基础高喷防渗墙施工实例,在含大粒径砂卵石层、淤泥粉质粘土层等不同地质条件下,通过对三管法、双管法施工工艺和技术参数的比较选用,施工过程孔距、分序、漏浆处理等方面的质量控制,并对高喷防渗墙质量进行检测,采用开挖检查、钻孔取芯法检测、静水头压水试验、重型动力触探试验等方法,通过检测指标对比分析,结果表明粉质粘土层或淤泥质粘土层成墙质量优于含大粒径砂卵石层。

Abstract:
Combining with the construction example of high-pressure jet grouting wall for foundation of drainage gate station of Fuchunjiang dry embankment reinforcement project, under different geological conditions including large-particle sand and pebble layer and silty clay layer, through comparison and selection of construction technology and technical parameters of three-pipe method and two-pipe method, quality control of hole spacing, sequencing and leakage grout treatment during construction process, and quality inspection of high-pressure jet grouting wall are carried out. By means of excavation inspection, borehole coring method, hydrostatic head pressure test and heavy dynamic sounding test, and through comparative analysis of test indexes, the results show that the wall quality of silty clay layer or silty clay layer is better than that of sand and pebble layer with large particle size.
