γ-聚谷氨酸在农田系统应用的研究进展及展望

摘要:
γ-聚谷氨酸(Poly-γ-glutamic acid,简称γ-PGA)作为一种新型的“环境友好型”高分子生物材料,由于自身良好的吸水性及缓释性,且其降解产物无毒、可食用,因此已经在化妆品、食品、医药卫生等领域得以广泛的应用。几年来的研究证实γ-PGA在农业领域也显示出其巨大的潜力和广阔的应用前景。本文以γ-PGA在农田系统的应用为切入点,重点总结分析了γ-PGA对土壤理化生特性的调控作用以及保水保肥效果,评述了γ-PGA对作物生长发育、养分吸收以及生理特性指标方面的影响。在系统分析和评价γ-PGA在农田系统应用研究进展的基础上,提出了目前研究面临的挑战,并对其需进一步深入研究的问题进行了展望,为γ-PGA在农田系统的进一步研究和推广应用奠定基础。

Abstract:
Poly-γ-glutamic acid (γ-PGA) as a new environment-friendly polymeric biomaterial,due to its own good water absorption,slow-release properties,and its degradation products are non-toxic and edible,it has been widely used in cosmetics, food,medicine and other fields.In the field of agricultural soil and water as water retention agent and fertilizer synergistic agent.Studies in recent years have confirmed that γ-PGA also shows great potential and broad application prospects in the agricultural field.In this paper,the application of γ-PGA in agricultural soil and water engineering is taken as the starting point,emphatically summarized and analyzed effects of γ-PGA on soil physiochemical,biological characteristics and water and fertilizer protection;and evaluated the effects of γ-PGA on crop growth and development,nutrient absorption and physiological characteristics.Based on the systematic analysis and evaluation of the application of γ-PGA in farmland system, putting forward the existing research challenges,prospecting the problems that need to be further studied,which laid a foundation for further research and application of γ-PGA in the field of agricultural engineering.
