施氮肥对阴山北麓饲用燕麦渗透调节物质的影响

摘要:
【目的】内蒙古自治区是我国饲用燕麦的主要种植区之一,随着阴山北麓地区的饲用燕麦种植面积逐渐增多,在牧草种植过程中如何科学施肥是亟需解决的问题。为探讨阴山北麓地区饲用燕麦渗透调节物质对氮肥的生理响应及差异变化,提出适宜的施氮量。【方法】本研究以饲用燕麦为材料,设置了0、150、200、250、300、350 kg/hm2施氮水平,在苗期、分蘖期、拔节期、孕穗期追施氮肥用量的15%、35%、30%和20%,于孕穗期、抽穗期、灌浆期进行测定分析。【结果】随着施氮量的增加,饲用燕麦叶片的可溶性糖含量和淀粉含量逐渐降低,未施肥处理显著高于施肥处理(P<0.05);饲用燕麦叶片的可溶性蛋白含量呈现先增加后降低的变化趋势,250 kg/hm2处理显著高于其它处理(P<0.05);游离氨基酸含量随着施氮量的增加逐渐增加,施肥处理显著高于未施肥处理(P<0.05)。【结论】适当增施氮肥有助于饲用燕麦的生长发育,在阴山北麓地区种植饲用燕麦建议施肥量为250 kg/hm2

Effects of Fertilization on Physical and Chemical Properties and Bacterial Effects of nitrogen application on osmotic regulation substances of forage oat at the northern foot of Yinshan Mountain

Abstract:
【Objective】 Inner Mongolia autonomous Region is one of the main growing areas of forage oat in China. With the growing area of forage oat in the northern foot of Yinshan Mountain gradually increasing, how to scientifically fertilize forage grass is an urgent problem to be solved. In order to investigate the physiological response of oat oat to nitrogen fertilizer and its difference in the northern foot of Yinshan Mountain, the appropriate nitrogen application rate was proposed.【Method】 In this study, feeding oat was used as material, nitrogen application levels of 0, 150, 200, 250, 300, 350 kg/hm2 were set, and nitrogen application rates of 15%, 35%, 30% and 20% were applied at seedling stage, tillering stage, elongation stage and booting stage, and analyzed at booting stage, heading stage and filling stage. 【Results】 With the increase of nitrogen application rate, the soluble sugar content and starch content of feeding oat leaves were gradually decreased, and those of no fertilization treatment were significantly higher than those of fertilization treatment (P < 0.05). The soluble protein content of feeding oat leaves was firstly increased and then decreased, and 250 kg/hm2 treatment was significantly higher than other treatments (P < 0.05). The content of free amino acids increased gradually with the increase of nitrogen application rate, and the content of free amino acids in fertilization treatment was significantly higher than that in no fertilization treatment (P < 0.05). 【Conclusion】Appropriate increase of nitrogen fertilizer is beneficial to the growth and development of forage oat, and the recommended fertilizer application rate of forage oat is 250 kg/hm2 in the northern foot of Yinshan Mountain.
