盐碱胁迫对水稻苗期光系统Ⅱ性能的影响

摘 要:【目的】阐明盐碱胁迫下水稻幼苗的光合生理响应机制。【方法】以长白9号和白粳1号为供试材料,设置0、40、80和120 mmol/L共4个物质的量浓度混合盐碱(NaCl:Na2SO4:Na2CO3:NaHCO3=1:9:1:9)处理,通过JIP-test分析快速叶绿素荧光诱导动力学曲线,探究混合盐碱胁迫下水稻幼苗叶片光系统Ⅱ的变化。【结果】盐碱物质的量浓度在0~80 mmol/L时,2个品种水稻幼苗的叶绿素荧光动力学曲线为典型的OJIP曲线,相同时间点各处理的荧光强度从J点开始出现明显差异。盐碱物质的量浓度升高到120 mmol/L时,2个品种的OJIP曲线从J点开始到P点逐渐趋于平缓,并且与CK相比I点和P点荧光强度显著下降。长白9号和白粳1号的盐碱物质的量浓度与性能指数PIABS、量子产额(φEo、φRo、ψEo)、供体侧性能指数(WK)和受体侧性能指数(VJ)之间存在极显著的非线性关系。随着盐碱物质的量浓度的增加,长白9号和白粳1号的水稻幼苗的地上部含水率、叶片叶绿素a含量、叶片叶绿素b含量、地上部干物质、最大光化学效率(FV/FM)、量子产额与效率(φEo、φRo、ψEo)和性能指数PIABS等参数逐渐减小,同时供体侧性能指数(WK)、受体侧性能指数(VJ)和热耗散比率(φDo)逐渐递增。2个水稻品种的地上部含水率、叶片叶绿素量以及叶绿素荧光参数随着盐碱物质的量浓度的升高,变化幅度逐渐增大。【结论】盐碱胁迫严重损伤供/受体侧性能,尤其是受体侧性能VJ,使水稻幼苗PSⅡ的电子传输受阻,量子产额下降,降低光系统Ⅱ性能,水稻叶片发生光抑制,降低叶片的光能利用率,水稻幼苗干物质积累受到抑制,导致水稻幼苗的生长发育受到抑制。且盐碱物质的量浓度与PSII性能指数PIABS、VJ、WK以及量子产额之间存在极显著的非线性关系。

Effects of Saline-alkali Stress on the Performance of Photosystem Ⅱ at the Seedling Stage of Rice

Abstract: 【Objective】 To clarify the photosynthetic physiological response mechanism of rice seedlings under salt-alkali stress. 【Method】In this experiment, Changbai 9 and Baijing 1 were used as test materials, and 4 concentrations of salt-alkali mixture (NaCl:Na2SO4:Na2CO3:NaHCO3=1:9:1:9) were set at 0, 40, 80 and 120 mmol/L the rapid chlorophyll fluorescence induction kinetic curve was analyzed by JIP-test, and the changes of photosystem Ⅱ of rice seedling leaves under mixed salt-alkali stress were explored. 【Result】When the salt-alkali concentration were at 0-80 mmol/L, the chlorophyll fluorescence kinetic curve of the two rice seedlings was a typical OJIP curve, and the fluorescence intensity of each treatments were significantly different from point J at the same time. When the salt-alkali concentration increased to 120 mmol/L, the OJIP curves of the two varieties gradually became flat from point J to point P, and the fluorescence intensity of point I and point P decreased remarkable compared with the blank control. There was a highly significant non-linear relationship between salinity concentration and performance index PIABS, (φEo, φRo, ψEo), donor-side performance index (WK) and recipient-side performance index (VJ) in Changbai 9 and Baijing1. With the salinity concentration increased, the parameters of water content, chlorophyll a content, chlorophyll b content, maximum photochemical efficiency (FV/FM), quantum yield and efficiency (φEo, φRo, ψEo) and performance index PIABS of rice seedlings of Changbai 9 and Baijing 1 gradually decreased. The parameters such as the donor-side performance index (WK), the acceptor-side performance index (VJ) and the heat dissipation ratio (φDo) gradually increased. The change range of the water content, chlorophyll content and chlorophyll fluorescence parameters of the two rice varieties gradually increased with the increase of the salt-alkali concentration. 【Conclusion】Saline-alkali stress severely damaged the donor/acceptor laterality, especially the acceptor lateral performance VJ, which hinders the electron transmission of rice seedling PSⅡ, decreaseed the quantum yield and the performance of photosystem Ⅱ. And there was a highly significant non-linear relationship between the concentration of saline alkali and the PSII performance index PIABS, VJ, WK and quantum yield.
