摘要:
【目的】为了提高农田灌溉和供水超声波水表密封性、生产效率、耐候性等问题,【方法】本文采用材料改性与新型水表结构设计相结合的方法,开展了超声波水表换能器与密封结构、配方改性材料等方面的研究。【结果】结果表明,1)采用可调角换能器结构和平滑内腔,流场稳定,减少水表底部结垢对超声波水表精度的影响,适应不同安装条件;2)设计了机械密封结构,解决了传统灌胶密封水表不可重复维修利用的难题,提高了水表使用寿命及耐压稳定性和密封性能;3)采用80 mm短管 型式显著减小了超声波水表长度;玻纤加尼龙66工艺配方塑化生产大幅度降低水表重量,提高了耐候性和生产效率。【结论】综上所述,研制了一种新型结构和材质的超声波水表,依据《饮用冷水水表和热水水表》(GB/T 778.4-2018)进行测试,水表达到1级精度;可靠性、耐候性、安装方便程度显著提高,生产成本大幅降低。

Abstract:
【Objective】In order to improve the farmland irrigation and the sealing, production efficiency and weather resistance of the ultrasonic water meter for water supply, 【Method】 this paper studies the modified materials of ultrasonic water meter transducer and sealing structure by combining material modification with new water meter structure design. 【Result】The results show that: 1) Using adjustable Angle transducer structure and smooth inner cavity, the flow field is stable, reduce the impact of scaling at the bottom of the water meter on the accuracy of ultrasonic water meter, and adapt to different installation conditions;2)The mechanical seal structure is designed to solve the problem that the traditional glue-sealed water meter cannot be repeated for maintenance and utilization, and improve the service life, pressure stability and sealing performance of the water meter;3) The length of ultrasonic water meter is significantly reduced by using 80 mm short tube; Glass fiber plus nylon 66 process formula plasticizing production can greatly reduce the weight of water meter, improve weather resistance and production efficiency. 【Conclusion】To sum up, a new type of ultrasonic water meter with structure and material was developed. According to the "Drinking cold water Meter and hot Water Meter" (GB/T 778.4-2018), the accuracy of the water meter reached level 1. Reliability, weather resistance, installation convenience significantly were improved, production costs significantly reduced.
