再生水滴灌与畦灌加硒灌溉对土壤硒空间分布的影响

摘要:
【目的】研究再生水滴灌与畦灌加硒灌溉对土壤中硒的空间累积与分布的影响。【方法】采用盆栽试验水肥一体加硒法,设置了高低2个加硒量(H:4mg/kg,L:1mg/kg)和3种灌水方式(2D:2L/h滴灌,4D:4L/h滴灌,Q:小畦灌),共8个处理(2DL、4DL、QL、2DH、4DH、QH、CK1不加硒、CK2清水高加硒量),研究了在再生水滴灌和畦灌的灌水条件下,加不同量的外源硒对土壤硒空间累积分布的影响。【结果】除不加硒处理(CK1)外(P>0.05),其他各处理0-10cm土壤硒含量显著高于10-20cm土壤含硒量(P<0.05);在距滴头水平距离10cm处的土壤,低加硒量的2DL、4DL、QL处理比CK1土壤含硒量分别提升了1.04、1.21、0.83倍,高加硒量的2DH、4DH、QH处理比CK1土壤含硒量分别提升了2.03、2.31、2.48倍;2L/h滴灌的2DL、2DH处理土壤硒含量的等值线图呈“窄深”型,4L/h滴灌的4DL、4DH处理土壤硒含量呈“矮胖”型,小畦灌的QL处理下呈“矮胖”型,小畦灌的QH处理下呈现“近水平等高线型”。【结论】加硒灌溉显著提升耕作层土壤硒含量,且外源硒施加量在1mg/kg~4mg/kg区间时可以保证其处于中硒与富硒土壤硒含量的阈值区间内;2L/h滴灌加硒土壤外源硒的累积基本符合灌溉湿润体分布规律,相较于畦灌更有利于外源硒在植物根系层附近的累积,同时减少外源硒的深层淋洗。

Abstract:
【Objective】The effects of reclaimed water drip irrigation and border irrigation plus selenium irrigation on the spatial accumulation and distribution of selenium in soil were studied.【Method】 Using the pot experiment of water and fertilizer integrated selenium addition method, two high and low selenium addition amounts (H: 4mg / kg, L: 1mg / kg) and three irrigation methods (2D: 2L / h drip irrigation, 4D: 4L / h drip irrigation, Q: small border irrigation) were set, with a total of 8 treatments (2DL, 4DL, QL, 2DH, 4DH, QH, CK1 without selenium, CK2 with high selenium in clear water). Under the irrigation conditions of reclaimed water drip irrigation and border irrigation, Effects of different amounts of exogenous selenium on spatial accumulation and distribution of soil selenium. 【Result】Except for the treatment without selenium (CK1) (P > 0.05), the selenium content of 0-10cm soil was significantly higher than that of 10-20cm soil (P < 0.05); In the soil 10cm away from the emitter, the selenium content of 2DL, 4DL and QL treatments with low selenium content increased by 1.04, 1.21 and 0.83 times respectively compared with CK1 soil, and the selenium content of 2DH, 4DH and QH treatments with high selenium content increased by 2.03, 2.31 and 2.48 times respectively compared with CK1 soil; The contour map of soil selenium content in 2DL and 2DH treatments of 2L/ h drip irrigation showed a "narrow and deep" type, the soil selenium content in 4DLand 4DH treatments of 4L / h drip irrigation showed a "pudgy" type, the soil selenium content in QL treatment of small border irrigation showed a "pudgy" type, and the soil selenium content in QH treatment of small border irrigation showed a "near horizontal contour type". 【Conclusion】Selenium irrigation significantly increased the soil selenium content in the cultivated layer, and the application amount of exogenous selenium in the range of 1mg / kg ~ 4mg / kg can ensure that it is within the threshold range of selenium content in medium selenium and selenium rich soil; The accumulation of exogenous selenium in 2L / h drip irrigation plus selenium soil basically conforms to the distribution law of irrigation wetting body. Compared with border irrigation, it is more conducive to the accumulation of exogenous selenium near the plant root layer and reduce the deep leaching of exogenous selenium.
