【目的】进行灌区灌溉用水效率综合评价,为灌区节水改造与发展建设提供科学依据。【方法】本文通过构建灌溉用水效率评价指标体系,运用熵权TOPSIS(逼近理想解理论)法对新疆兵团第二师6个灌区2017到2020年连续4年进行灌溉用水效率综合评价与分析。【结果】熵权TOPSIS法评价结果与灌区实际情况吻合;评价结果排序与灌溉水有效利用系数排序、AHP(层次分析法)—模糊综合评价结果排序均具有较强相关性(P<0.01),同时熵权TOPSIS法较AHP—模糊综合评价法变异系数更大,更有利于灌区灌溉用水效率等级划分;根据灌区各评价指标等级与灌溉用水效率综合评价等级之间的差异,确定了灌溉用水效率主控因素。【结论】熵权TOPSIS法引入灌溉用水效率评价具有可行性。各灌区今后在节水改造建设的同时,应确定科学合理的灌溉制度,并积极采取有效措施改良盐碱地,以提高灌溉用水效率建设现代化高效节水灌区。 |

【Objective】Comprehensive evaluation of irrigation water efficiency was conducted to provide scientific basis for water-saving reconstruction and development of irrigation area.【Method】In this paper, by constructing the evalu-ation index system of irrigation water efficiency, the entropy weight TOPSIS method was used to comprehensively evaluate the irrigation water efficiency of six irrigation areas in the Second Division of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps from 2017 to 2020.【Result】The evaluation results of entropy weight TOPSIS method are consistent with the actual situation of irrigation area. There was a strong correlation between the ranking of evalua-tion results and the ranking of effective utilization coefficient of irrigation water and the ranking of AHP-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation results ( P < 0.01 ). At the same time, the entropy weight TOPSIS method had a larger coefficient of variation than the AHP-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation results, which was more conducive to the classification of irrigation water efficiency.; According to the difference between the evaluation index grade and the comprehensive evaluation grade of irrigation water efficiency, the main control factors of irrigation water efficiency were determined.【Conclusion】Entropy weight TOPSIS method is feasible to evaluate irrigation water efficiency . In the future, with water-saving reconstruction and construction continuing, each irrigation should determine a sci-entific and reasonable irrigation system, and actively take effective measures to improve saline-alkali land, so as to improve the efficiency of irrigation water and construct modern and efficient water-saving irrigation district. |
