| 摘要: |
| 土地适度规模经营是推进农业现代化建设的重要内容。文章基于甘肃省陇西县239份微观调研数据测算出道地药材规模最大两个品种(党参、黄芪)的生产效率,运用Tobit模型分析了中药材适度规模经营的影响因素。研究结果表明,当前生产力水平下,农户党参种植的土地适度经营规模区间是(27-35]亩,黄芪种植的土地适度经营规模区间是(20-30]亩,而调研反映农户党参和黄芪的平均种植面积分别是7.63亩、6.85亩,与测算土地适度经营的规模存在较大差距；受教育程度、有无土地流转、农地细碎化程度、非农货币收入、中药材销售难易程度、有无中药材种植支持政策、在银行贷款困难程度等对中药材适度规模经营有重要影响。据此,提出完善土地流转机制、培育农地适度规模经营主体、健全农业社会化服务体系、加强政府投入和扶持力度的对策建议。 |

| Appropriate scale management of land is an important part of promoting agricultural modernization. Based on 239 microscopic survey data in Longxi County, Gansu Province, this paper calculates the production efficiency of the two largest varieties of Daodi medicinal materials (Dangshen and Astragalus), and uses the Tobit model to analyze the influencing factors of the moderate scale management of traditional Chinese medicinal materials. The research results show that, under the current productivity level, the appropriate management scale range of farmers" Codonopsis pilosula is (27-35] mu, and the appropriate management scale range of Astragalus is (20-30] mu. The average planting area is 7.63 mu and 6.85 mu respectively, which is quite different from the estimated scale of moderate land management; education level, land transfer, degree of fragmentation of farmland, non-agricultural monetary income, difficulty of selling Chinese medicinal materials, Whether there is a policy to support the cultivation of Chinese medicinal materials and the difficulty of obtaining loans from banks have an important impact on the appropriate scale operation of Chinese medicinal materials. Based on this, it is proposed to improve the land circulation mechanism, cultivate the main body of agricultural land operation on an appropriate scale, improve the agricultural socialization service system, and strengthen the government.
