不同调亏灌溉处理对高产矮杆小麦品种光合性能的影响

摘要:
【目的】研究高产矮杆小麦品种在不同生育时期进行调亏灌溉对光合性能的影响,旨为矮杆小麦品种高产栽培提供理论依据。【方法】本研究基于盆栽试验,选用百农207(BN207)、百农307(BN307)以及百农607(BN607)为试验材料,以生育期充分灌水为对照,设置三种中度调亏灌溉处理,研究了不同处理下小麦叶片光合速率(Pn)和叶绿素荧光动力学参数等指标。【结果】与对照相比,三个品种在W3处理下均明显提高其产量、生物量、SPAD以及光化学活性,而在W1处理下的结果与之相反。在同一调亏灌溉处理下,不同品种间的光合性能存在差异。BN207在长期调亏灌溉条件下具有抵御光合电子传递限制的能力,BN607在生长前期进行适度调亏灌溉更有利于增强其品种生长后期对水分亏缺的适应能力,而BN307在苗期至越冬期与拔节期至抽穗期进行中度调亏灌溉利于实现高的Pn。【结论】W3处理下更有利于协同实现小麦高产及其高光合性能。

Abstract:
【Objective】In order to provide a theoretical basis for high-yield cultivation of dwarf wheat, this study attempts to explore the effects of high-yield dwarf wheat cultivar on photosynthetic performance under different regulated deficit irrigation periods.【Method】Based on pot experiments, this study selected Bainong 207 (BN207), Bainong 307 (BN307) and Bainong 607 (BN607) as experimental materials, and take the full irrigation in the growth period as the control (CK), three moderate regulated deficit irrigation treatments in different periods were set. And this study mainly compared and analyzed the photosynthetic rate (Pn) and chlorophyll fluorescence kinetic parameters of wheat leaves.【Result】Compared with CK, the yield, the biomass, the SPAD, and the photochemical activity of the three varieties were significantly increased under the W3 treatment, while the results under the W1 treatment were opposite. It has differences of photosynthetic performance among wheat cultivar under the same deficit irrigation treatment. And the BN207 has the ability to resist the limitation of photosynthetic electron transfer under long-term regulated deficit irrigation, while moderate regulated deficit irrigation at the early growth stage of the BN607 is more conducive to improve the response ability of water deficit in the late growth stage; the BN307 can achieve high Pn through moderate regulated deficit irrigation from seedling stage to overwintering stage and from jointing stage to heading stage.【Conclusion】The W3 treatment is more conducive to synergetic realization of high yield and high photosynthetic performance of wheat.
