缩行带状种植和保水剂对滴灌燕麦根系和叶片衰老特性的影响

摘要:
【目的】为建立适应于优质燕麦栽培的高效滴灌种植方法。【方法】于2019-2020年设置主区行距配置等行距20cm种植(A)、缩行15cm带状种植(B)、缩行10 cm带状种植(C)3个水平和副区保水剂0(N)和22.5 kg/hm2(Y)2个水平的裂区试验,分析行距和保水剂对燕麦根系、旗叶衰老特征的影响。【结果】(1)行距、保水剂两者均能极显著(p<0.01)或显著(p<0.05)影响燕麦根系活力、根系和旗叶SOD、MDA含量和可溶性蛋白含量;两者交互作用对各指标的影响在不同生育时期间表现不一致,其中开花期和灌浆期极显著(p<0.01)或显著(p<0.05)影响了根系活力、根系SOD含量、旗叶SOD、旗叶MDA含量和旗叶可溶性蛋白含量,显著(p<0.05)影响了根系可溶性蛋白含量,对根系MDA含量无显著影响。(2)不论是否施用保水剂,3种种植行距根系活力、根系和旗叶SOD活性、可溶性蛋白含量均表现为B>A>C;根系和旗叶MDA含量则表现为C>A>B。在施用保水剂(Y)的条件下,与处理A相比,2年不同生育时期处理B根系活力、根系SOD活性和可溶性蛋白含量、旗叶SOD活性和可溶性蛋白含量均显著提高,根系和旗叶MDA含量显著降低;处理C则在除根系可溶性蛋白含量外其余指标表现显著降低,根系和旗叶MDA含量显著提高。在不施用保水剂(N)条件下,3种种植方式的显著性差异在不同年限和不同生育时期表现不一致。(3)同种种植行距下,与不施用保水剂(N)相比,仅有处理B中施用保水剂(Y)能够在2年不同生育时期均显著提高根系活力、根系SOD活性和可溶性蛋白含量、旗叶SOD活性和可溶性蛋白含量,降低根系和旗叶MDA含量,处理A和C在不同年限、不同生育时期各指标显著性差异不一致。(4)滴灌燕麦栽培中根系和旗叶衰老特征指标与燕麦生物产量和籽粒产量之间均存在显著(p<0.05)的正相关或者负相关。【结论】综上,本研究筛选出滴灌燕麦栽培中,采用围绕滴灌带缩小行距到15cm带状种植,配合施用22.5kg/hm2保水剂的种植方式能够调节燕麦衰老特征,对促进滴灌燕麦生物产量和籽粒产量的形成具有促进作用。

Abstract:
[Objective] In order to establish an efficient drip irrigation planting method suitable for the cultivation of high-quality oat. [Method] In 2019-2020, one split zone test which the main plot was row spacing including three levels of equal row spacing planting with row spacing 20cm (A), strip planting with row spacing 15cm (B), strip planting with row spacing 10cm (C) and the subplot was super absorbent polymer including two levels of 0 (N) and 22.5 kg/hm2 was conducted. The effects of row spacing and super absorbent polymer on the senescence characteristics of oat root and flag leaf were analyzed. [Results] (1) Both row spacing and super absorbent polymer could significantly (P < 0.01) or significantly (P < 0.05) affect the root activity, SOD, MDA content and soluble protein content of oat root and flag leaf. The effects of the interaction of the two factors on each index were inconsistent in different growth stages. In the flowering and filling stages, the interaction of the two factors significantly (P < 0.01) or significantly (P < 0.05) affected the root activity, root SOD content, flag leaf SOD, flag leaf MDA content and flag leaf soluble protein content, significantly (P < 0.05) affected the root soluble protein content, but had no significant effect on the root MDA content. (2) No matter whether super absorbent polymers were applied or not, the root activity, SOD activity of root and flag leaf and soluble protein content of the three row spacing were all showed B>A>C; the content of MDA in root and flag leaf were showed C>A>B. Under the condition of applying super absorbent polymer (Y), compared with treatment A, the root activity, root SOD activity and soluble protein content, flag leaf SOD activity and soluble protein content of treatment B at different growth stages of 2 years were all significantly increased, and the MDA content of root and flag leaf were significantly decreased. And in treatment C, except the soluble protein content of root, other indexes were significantly decreased, and the MDA content of root and flag leaf was significantly increased. Under the condition of no application of water retaining agent (N), the significant differences of the three planting methods were different in different years and different growth periods. (3) Under the same row spacing, compared with no application of water retaining agent (N), only application of water retaining agent (Y) in treatment B could significantly increase root activity, root SOD activity and soluble protein content, flag leaf SOD activity and soluble protein content, and reduce MDA content in root and flag leaves at different growth stages of 2 years. And there showed different significant differences in different years and different growth periods under treatment A and C. (4) There was a significant positive or negative correlation (P<0.05) among root and flag leaf senescence characteristics with oat biomass and grain yield in irrigated oat cultivation. [Conclusion] To sum up, in the cultivation of oat under drip irrigation, the planting mode of reducing the row spacing to 15cm around the drip irrigation belt and applying 22.5kg/hm2 super absorbent polymers can adjust the senescence characteristics of oat and promote the formation of biological yield and grain yield of oat under drip irrigation.
