平原区浅层地下水管理控制水位划定方法研究

摘要:
【目的】基于落实最严格水资源管理制度的需求,提出适用于平原区浅层地下水管理控制水位的划定方法。【方法】根据濮阳市浅层地下水开采的特点,在对地下水均衡法、疏干体积法、时间序列法等方法改进基础上,研究提出研究区地下水管理控制水位指标。【结果】时间序列法仅适用于地下水开发利用方式不发生较大变化的区域;地下水均衡法和疏干体积法在划定管理控制水位过程中均考虑研究区未来水资源条件及相应的管控政策,但由于疏干体积法按照县级行政区来划分管理单元,未考虑水文地质条件差异的影响,故在分解到代表性监测井时二者水位变幅差别较大;地下水均衡法全面考虑了当前地下水开发和利用条件、水文地质条件以及地下水管理措施等因素,划定结果与实际更相符。【结论】改进的地下水均衡法划定结果更与实际相符,更适用于平原区浅层地下水管理控制水位的划定。

Abstract:
【Objective】 Based on the requirement of implementing the strictest water resources management system and in order to strictly control the groundwater level, the delineation method suitable for shallow groundwater management control level in plain area is put forward.【Methods】 According to the characteristics of shallow groundwater exploitation in Puyang City, based on the improvement of groundwater balance method, drainage volume method, time series method and other methods, the groundwater management control level index was put forward in the study area.【Results】 The results showed that the time series method was only applicable to the area where the development and utilization of groundwater did not change greatly. Both the groundwater balance method and the dredging volume method consider the future water resources conditions and corresponding management and control policies in the study area in the process of demarcating the management level. However, because the dredging volume method divides the management units according to the county administrative region, it does not consider the influence of the difference of hydrogeological conditions, so the water level amplitude of the two methods differs greatly when the water level is decomposed to representative monitoring Wells. The groundwater balance method takes into account the current conditions of groundwater development and utilization, hydrogeological conditions, groundwater management measures and other factors, and the demarcation results are more consistent with the reality.【Conclusion】 The results of the improved groundwater balance method proposed in this study are more consistent with the reality, and more suitable for the demarcation of shallow groundwater management control level in plain area.
