摘要:

抽水蓄能电站的顺利建设离不开施工测量控制网。施工测量控制网建设全生命周期，会涉及到诸如如何选点建造、观测计算等技术问题，也会遇到用地、砍伐赔偿等经济问题。结合以往工作实践，详细阐述了施工测量控制网建设流程及个各环节注意事项，以期为同行今后类似工作提供借鉴。

Abstract:

The smooth construction of pumped storage power station is inseparable from the construction survey control network. The whole life cycle of construction survey control network will involve technical problems such as how to choose a site for construction, observation and calculation, and also economic problems such as land use and compensation for logging. Combined with previous work practice, the construction process of construction survey control network and matters needing attention in each link are elaborated in detail, so as to provide reference for similar work in the future.
