【目的】饮水安全事关亿万民生福祉,贵州省打赢脱贫攻坚战役后,更加重视农村饮水安全工作,以巩固拓展脱贫攻坚成果和全面推进乡村振兴。【方法】本研究基于层次分析法,通过研究农村供水工程运行管理现状,结合水利工程建管理论,构建农村供水工程评价指标体系。【结果】利用MATLAB软件计算指标权重,得出供水保障的权重最大。【结论】说明,在巩固脱贫攻坚成果基础上,加快推进农村供水工程建设改造,完善农村供水工程长效运行管护机制。 |

Abstract: |
[Objective] Drinking water safety concerns the well-being of hundreds of millions of people"s livelihood. After winning the battle against poverty, Guizhou province pays more attention to the safety of drinking water in rural areas, so as to consolidate and expand the achievements of poverty alleviation and comprehensively promote rural revitalization.[Methods] This study is based on the hierarchical analysis method, and constructs the evaluation index system of rural water supply projects by studying the current situation of the operation and management of rural water supply projects and the combination of the construction and management theory of water conservancy projects.[Results] The MATLAB software is used to calculate the index weight and get the largest weight of water supply security.[Conclusion] It shows that, on the basis of consolidating the achievements of poverty alleviation, accelerate the construction and transformation of rural water supply projects, and improve the long-term operation management and protection mechanism of rural water supply projects. |
