Abstract:
【Objective】To provide reasonable basis for agriculture irrigation, this paper analyzed the trend change and effect factors of reference crop evapotranspiration(ET0)in humid region of Sichuan Province.【Method】This paper employed the Penman-Monteith equation to calculate ET0 with the daily meteorological data from 1954 to 2009 in Ya’an. Using the climate trend rate, Mann-Kendall test and path analysis, the trend variation and causes of ET0 were analyzed during the past 56 years for this region.【Result】The annual variation of ET0 was unstable with average of 861.2mm, and showed significantly decreasing trend at average rates of 9.3mm/10a. There is no significant decreasing trend for relative humidity(z=-0.52), while wind speed(z=-7.09), sunshine hours(z=-2.61)and net radiation(z=-2.64)all decreased significantly, and the daily mean temperature(z=2.96)rose significantly. With the path analysis, it was presented that the factors which affected ET0 were net radiation, relative humidity, wind speed and daily average temperature in sequence; The value of ET0 calculated by Pristley-Taylor was similar to the one of PM.【Conclusion】The annual average ET0 in Ya’an has significant decreasing trend. The sunshine hours is the main factor leading to the reductions of the ET0. Pristley-Taylor method can be used to calculate ET0 for the humid area without meteorological data.
