Abstract:
In order to study the flow field characteristic of the blender turbine twin twist blade, in order to study the flow field characteristic of the blender turbine twin twist blade and the relationship between the parameters of impeller, the impeller design methods of theoretical analysis, simulation and optimization, study of turbine twin twist blade number N = 3 and 6, the twin twist blade opening, central shaft hole under these three factors, the influence of different parameters on the flow field as a result, and analyze the model and the whole optimization, and compared with traditional inclined blade turbine blades research, the results showed that:In the case of the number of blades, the opening of blades and the opening of the central axis, the number of blades has the greatest influence on the outflow field, and the opening of blades is the second. Although the opening of the central axis increases the flow rate, it destroys the circulation and reduces the mixing efficiency.Through the above simulation analysis, the velocity and pressure distribution of the blade outflow field under three different influencing factors are obtained, which provides relevant theoretical basis for the impeller analysis and research of agitator in the future.
