【Objective】This paper aims to solve the optimization problem of the pipeline layout and pipe diameter selection of self-pressure micro-irrigation pipe network system in order to save engineering investment.【Method】In this paper, the length of the pipe section, the pipe diameter are used as the decision variables,the allowable head difference of the branch pipe and lateral pipe, working pressure, pipe diameter, current velocity, etc. are used as constraints and the mathematical models of the optimization design of the two-way capillary self-pressure micro-irrigation pipe network and the one-way capillary self-pressure micro-irrigation pipe network are established with the minimum total investment of the pipe network as the objective function.The optimization problem is solved by using the shuffled frog leaping algorithm, which is able to optimize the pipeline layout and the pipe diameter combination.【Result】This study considered an irrigation district in Xinjiang. The result shows that the total investment required for the optimization design is 467943.3 yuan. Compared to the scheme designed according to the relevant specifications and experience, the optimized result obtained from the proposed model reduced the investment of the pipelines by 21.7%.【Conclusion】The mathematical model of self-pressing micro-irrigation pipe network based on the shuffled frog leaping algorithm can optimize pipeline layout and pipe diameter selection synchronously, which is suitable for the optimization of self-pressure micro-irrigation pipe network system in the irrigation area with guaranteed water source, small slope and relatively uniform ground. Application of the optimization model is able to save costs of pipe network obviously. Besides, the shuffled frog leaping algorithm has stable convergence performance,faster calculation speed and higher calculation accuracy. |
