Abstract: |
In order to explore the meteorological prediction method of soil salinization in Hetao irrigational area, we used daily data (from 2017 to 2018) of 0-50cm soil moisture and data of meteorological observation at National Meteorological Observatory of Dalate Banner in Inner Mongolia, and analyzed meteorological conditions and its effects on vertical migration of water and salt in 0-50cm soil with methods of ANOVA and correlation analysis, and with the principle of “salt shifting with water”. The results show that the positive correlation between ground temperature and soil water content in 0-50cm soil layers is extremely significant, and it is the key driving factor for vertical evapotranspiration of soil water. In the summer and autumn, more than one week of continuous concentrated precipitation of 40mm or more than it is the main factor for infiltration of soil water and salt. The salt in soil layer of 30-40 cm or above it will be transferred to the soil layer of 40-50 cm with a duration of about 20 days. |
