Abstract:
The retention capacity of sand particles in micro irrigation has a direct impact on the filtration performance of the sand filter, which has an important impact on the filtration effect of the filter. In order to analyze the ability of the surface of quartz sand particles to hold the impurities in the filtered water, three kinds of quartz sand filter layer with the diameter range 1.0 ~ 1.18 mm 、1.18 ~ 1.4 mm and 1.4 ~ 1.7 mm respectively were studied as research objects. And the corrugation width corresponding to the maximum height of the surface profile and the maximum height of the profile is measured by the three-dimensional surface topography instrument. On this basis, the mechanism of the sand particles holding the impurities in the filtered water is analyzed and calculated The ability of sand particles to retain impurities in water can provide technical reference for the selection and processing of filter materials.
