The Construction of Comprehensive Benefit Evaluation System of Land Consolidation Based on Perspective of Production, Living and Ecology

Abstract:
【Objective】The objective is to explore the objectives and evaluation index system of comprehensive land improvement from the perspective of production, life and ecology, taking the old Yellow River area of Huai "an city as the research area,based on the requirements of rural revitalization and ecological civilization construction.【Method】The comprehensive benefit evaluation model of land remediation was constructed by combination weighting method and multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. 【Result】(1)The land improvement project of the Yellow River road area of Huai "an city paid more attention to the production benefit. Taking the land improvement project of Nanji town of Lianshui county as an example, the production benefit level was "excellent", the living benefit level was "good" and the ecological benefit level was "medium". (2)The evaluation results were in line with the actual results of the project, with strong operability and scientific nature. 【Conclusion】In the later land consolidation, more attention should be paid to the construction of rural spatial ecological barriers, the combination of ecological civilization and water culture construction, the highlighting of the old Yellow River road characteristics, and the enhancement of ecological function of farmland landscape and the self-regulation ability of the ecological system. The research results had certain reference significance for the comprehensive evaluation of land consolidation in the new era.
