Abstract: |
【Background】Pinellia ternata is a common Chinese medicinal material with a wide range of applications and precise curative effects. It has more than 2,000 years of medicinal history. Pinellia ternata is also one of the common wild plants in the hilly areas of the Sichuan Basin. The place is the traditional genuine producing area of Pinellia ternata. In the past ten years, with the increase in demand of Pinellia ternata, wild resources of Pinellia ternata have sharply decreased, and the contradiction between supply and demand in the market is sharp. Artificial planting has become the only effective way to alleviate this contradiction. However, according to field investigations, continuous cropping obstacle of pinellia ternata is the major factor to restrict its large-scale development. Continuous cropping of pinellia ternata results in weaker and lower leaf growth of Pinellia ternata plants, lower seedling rate, lower chlorophyll content, lower effective component content and lower quality, serious reduction of Pinellia ternate yield, change of soil microbial community. According to the current research, the study of the obstacle of the continuous cropping of Pinellia ternata is only in the initial stage, and there are few studies on the influence of soil physical and chemical properties under different continuous cropping years. The physical and chemical properties of soil structure, bulk density, pH, moisture and nutrient indicators are of great significance to plant growth. Therefore, this paper uses Pinellia ternata as material to study soil bulk density, soil pH, water content and soil nutrients under different continuous cropping years. The change law of the index clarifies the effect of Pinellia ternata continuous cropping on the physical and chemical properties of soil, with a view to providing scientific basis for soil structure improvement, water management and formula fertilization in Pinellia ternata artificial planting.【Objective】In order to reveal the effects of continuous cropping on soil physical and chemical properties of pinellia ternata in hilly areas of central Sichuan. 【Method】Through the field plot experiment, the undisturbed soil cores samples and disturbed soil samples were taken from the plots of first, second and third crop of pinellia teregris at the seedling stage (May 22), root expansion stage (June 22) and falling seedling stage (July 26) respectively, and the physical and chemical indexes such as soil bulk density, water content, organic matter and nutrient elements were determined and analyzed. 【Result】1. Compared with the first crop soil, the bulk density and water content of the second and third crop soil increased continuously, while the soil organic matter decreased continuously. 2. With the increase of continuous crop number of pinellia ternata, total nitrogen, available nitrogen and total phosphorus in soil showed a continuous decreasing trend, while available potassium continued to increase, but available phosphorus and total potassium increased first and then decreased. 【Conclusion】The continuous cropping of pinellia ternate had important effects on soil bulk density, water content and soil nutrients. Two years after pinellia ternate continuous cropping, the problem of continuous cropping appeared to some extent. |
