| Irrigation district is a dynamic complex with the characteristics of engineering maintenance and water conveyance operation. Its daily maintenance and operation management involve a large amount of information, and the management system and mechanism are more complex. Therefore, the design of irrigation district information system should have a clear idea and long-term planning, in view of the actual needs of irrigation district management and operation, to make a proprietary design with its own characteristics. Taking the construction of information system in Luhun irrigation area as a typical case, this paper makes an in-depth analysis on the design and construction of information system in Luhun irrigation area from the aspects of system requirement analysis, overall framework setting, key technology application and maintenance requirements. The design idea of irrigation area information system and the key problems needing attention in construction are expounded, and the experience is summarized, and reasonable suggestions are put forward. |
