| 【Objective】The objective is to determine the suitable fertilization type and amount of Chinese wolfberry under drip fertigation in sandy land.【Method】The design of three factors quadratic D-optimized was adopted to study the effect of different combinations of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium on growth, yield and quality of lyceum barbarum. L in northern shaanxi.【Result】Under the condition of high fertility, the diameter and the length of new branches were significantly higher than that under the condition of no fertilization. The yield per plant of lycium barbarum was mainly affected by nitrogen fertilizer. The content of lycium barbarum polysaccharide and betaine and the fruit quality were improved by fertilization.【Conclusion】The fertilization of high yield of lycium barbarum in sandy soil of northern shaanxi should be carried out on the basis of ensuring sufficient nitrogen fertilizer and reasonable application of phosphorus and potassium fertilizer. The quality of lycium barbarum was mainly affected by phosphate fertilizer. The results can provide reference for the management of lycium barbarum planting under the condition of integrated drip irrigation and fertilizer in the sandy land of northern shaanxi. |
