Effects of Fertilization on Physical and Chemical Properties and Bacterial Community of Reclaimed Soil from Coal Mining Subsidence

Abstract:
【Objective】Research the effects of fertilization on the physical and chemical properties and bacterial community structure of reclaimed soil after coal mining collapse, so as to provide reference for soil fertility cultivation.【Method】Taking the reclaimed soil of mining subsidence area of jincheng city, Shanxi Province as the object, four different fertilization treatments were set up, namely no fertilization (control CK), organic fertilizer(M), inorganic fertilizer(W), 50% organic + 50% inorganic fertilizer(WM). Illumina Miseq high-throughput sequencing platform was used to study the effects of different fertilizers on bacterial community structure, and the correlation between the change of bacterial community structure and soil physical and chemical properties was analyzed. 【Result】Compared with CK, ① Treatment M and WM significantly(p<0.05)increased the aggregate ratio of 1~2 mm and decreased the aggregate ratio of 0.053~0.25 mm and <0.053 mm. ② Treatment M significantly(p<0.05)increased soil organic matter, total nitrogen, total phosphorus, while treatment W and WM significantly(p<0.05)increased available nutrients. ③ Treatment M(p<0.05)increased the activity of phosphatase and invertase, while treatment W(p<0.05)increased the activity of urease. ④ Treatment M and WM increased the abundance of Proteus significantly(p<0.05), while treatment M and W increased the abundance of actinomycetes significantly(p<0.05). ⑤ The results of redundancy analysis showed that total phosphorus, organic matter, alkali-hydrolyzed nitrogen and volume mass were the main reasons for the differences of bacterial community abundance. The order of the influence on the bacterial community abundance of different fertilization treatments was: M > W > WM > CK.【Conclusion】Fertilization improved the physical and chemical properties of reclaimed soil in different degrees. Total phosphorus, organic matter, alkali-hydrolyzed nitrogen and volume mass were the significant factors affecting the structure of soil microbial community.
