Abstract:
【Objective】To establish a scientific and effective evaluation model for the development and utilization of recycled water, and to provide a reference for the development and utilization policy of recycled water.【Methods】This study takes 13 provinces (municipalities, autonomous regions) in the northern region as research objects, selects 8 indicators such as economic investment, facility construction, and water use factors that restrict the use of recycled water, and establishes them based on the Topsis comprehensive evaluation model (approximating the ideal solution) Comprehensive evaluation model for the development and utilization of recycled water. 【Results】① The Topsis model has better discrimination, and can better evaluate the development and utilization of recycled water in northern regions. ② Beijing, Liaoning and Hebei provinces have better evaluation results of the development and utilization of recycled water, ranking in the top three in each year, and the comprehensive evaluation of the development and utilization of recycled water in Qinghai and Gansu provinces is lower. ③ During the period of 2015-2017, the comprehensive evaluation ranking of renewable water development and utilization in Shaanxi Province gradually increased, and the comprehensive evaluation ranking of renewable water development and utilization in Shanxi Province gradually decreased, and the ranking of the remaining provinces was relatively stable. 【Conclusion】The development and utilization of the reclaimed water in the north should be based on local conditions to solve the restrictive problems and achieve comprehensive regional development.
