| Water quota is of great significance to the construction of water-saving society, the alleviation of water shortage, the realization of sustainable utilization of water resources and the guarantee of sustainable development of social economy. The paper through the analysis of the implementation of the water quota of Guizhou Province (DB52/T725-2011), the paper puts forward the key and the revision principle of the water quota revision in Guizhou Province, and according to the agriculture, The three-part quota revision characteristics such as industrial and urban and rural residents living and public water consumption are studied, and the three-part quota revision method is studied in combination with the field investigation data. It can provide an important basis for the revision of water quota in the next stage. |
