Five-variable gravitation subtraction set pair potential method for dynamic evaluation of water resources carrying capacity

Abstract:
【Background】The carrying capacity of water resources is an important index to measure and distinguish the sustainable utilization of regional water resources. The objective evaluation of the variation trend of water resources carrying capacity and the diagnosis and identification of vulnerability subsystem and index are helpful to make accurate decision and formulate scientific water resources management measures, which is of great significance to the sustainable utilization of water resources.【Objective】The purpose of this paper is to dynamically evaluate the regional water resources bearing status and change trend, identify and diagnose the sub-system and index of water resources carrying capacity vulnerabilitys,【Method】Considering the physical significance of the component of the five-variable connection number and the difference of the influence degree of the set on the system situation, and referring to the idea of universal gravitation and damping, a five-variable gravitation subtraction set pair potential based on the connection number was constructed.The five-variable subtractive set pair potential was applied to the dynamic evaluation of water resources carrying capacity in Sichuan Province and Heilongjiang Province and was compared with the existing five-variable subtractive set pair potential. 【Result】Results show that the bearing capacity of water resources in Sichuan Province's overall situation, positive development evaluation index system of each subsystem of the influence degree of the water resources carrying capacity of Sichuan Province from big to small order is: the ecological environment subsystem > social economic subsystem> water resources subsystem, which continuously in the potential, partial against potential vulnerability subsystem, environment subsystem is related index is the need to keep a close watch on and control; It can be supported the object with the overall good condition of the water resource carrying in Heilongjiang province, the indicators "rain", "tertiary industry accounted for" in the potential of "water production capacity" "population density of the primary industry accounted for in the partial inverse potential, is the need to control indicators, five-variable gravity subtraction set of potential discrimination system set pair potential value and situational and five-variable subtraction set pair potential calculation results are basically identical, and on the diagnosis, identify vulnerability subsystem and index is more sensitive and effective.【Conclusion】By example analysis of water resources carrying capacity evaluation, five-variable gravity subtraction sets for system development and diagnosis, identify the potential vulnerability subsystem and the index of the rationality and applicability of the constructed gravity subtraction of set pair potential of five-variable more conform to the calculation results and the actual physical meaning, and simple calculation, strong explanatory. A new set-to-potential method is provided for analyzing dynamically and evaluating the multi-level set pair system.
