| Abstract: |
| [Objective] In order to consolidate the achievements of overcoming poverty, promote the implementation of the strategy of rural revitalization, analyze the development course of high efficiency water-saving irrigation in Guizhou Province, study the development of "14th Five-Year Plan "high efficiency water-saving irrigation, and promote the successful reform of agricultural industrial structure adjustment in Guizhou Province.[Methods] This paper summarizes the construction of water-saving irrigation in the Ninth Five-Year Plan, the Tenth Five-Year Plan, the Tenth Five-Year Plan and the Thirteenth Five-Year Plan, and puts forward the problems existing in the construction.[Result] It is suggested that the implementation of high efficiency and water-saving irrigation can promote the adjustment of agricultural industrial structure of cultivated land below 15 degrees in the province.[Conclusion] During the 14th Five-Year Plan period, the supporting construction of cultivated land water conservancy facilities under 15 degrees in the province is the key to the development of efficient water-saving irrigation. |
