Abstract:
Abstract:【Objective】Study the effectiveness of ecological compensation in the Hongfeng Lake Reservoir and its upper reaches in the Yangtze River Basin, in order to provide reference for ecological compensation in other reservoirs or regions。【Method】This paper describes the general situation of Hongfeng Lake, the status quo of ecological compensation, ecological compensation standards, and collects the relevant compensation data from 2012 to 2018,It is used to analyze the effectiveness and existing problems of Hongfeng Lake's ecological compensation, make a summary and put forward further research recommendations. 【Result】The implementation of the Hongfeng Lake Ecological Compensation from 2012 to 2018 is that Guiyang City will compensate 9,166,700 yuan, 9,695,900 yuan, 38,816,400 yuan, 4,399,100 yuan, 20,785,800 yuan, 32,591,200 yuan, and 24,144,100 yuan to Anshun City each year. The implementation of ecological compensation measures guarantees good and stable water quality in the reservoir area, promotes the awareness of ecological construction in cities and reservoir areas, and encourages ecological environmental protection behavior.【Conclusion】In the future, we will continue to explore diversified ecological compensation methods and methods, start the revision of the Hongfeng Lake ecological compensation method in an all-round way, continue to promote the implementation of ecological compensation measures, establish a punishment mechanism for behaviors that damage the ecological environment, etc., to provide ecological compensation for the next water source. System exploration and relevant decision makers for reference.
