Abstract:
【Objective】The objective is to explore the effects of sediment from the Yellow River on the improvement of clayey saline soil and the yield of winter wheat, and to find the appropriate amount of sediment.【Method】A field experiment was conducted in the Yellow River Delta to study the effects of different amounts of sediment from the Yellow River on soil bulk density, saturated hydraulic conductivity, soil water content, soil salt content and wheat yield.【Result】The soil bulk density was reduced by sand mixing, and the soil bulk density decreased with the increase of sediment allocation. The saturated hydraulic conductivity of soil was improved by sand mixing, and the saturated hydraulic conductivity of the soil increases exponentially with the increase of the distribution of sand;Soil moisture content of 0-40cm soil layer was reduced by sand mixing. Soil salt content of 0-40cm soil layer was reduced by sand mixing, and within a certain range, the salt content of the soil was decreased with the increase of the saturated hydraulic conductivity of the soil. The wheat yield of each treatment after sand blending was improved compared with CK treatment. The highest yield was S3 (15kg/m2) treatment, which was 7530.98kg/hm2.Grain number per spike had the strongest effect on wheat yield.【Conclusion】The results showed that t sand mixing could improve the clay saline soil and increase the yield of winter wheat, and S3 treatment (15kg/m2) was the most suitable.
