Evaluation of River Head System in Wuwei Based on Entropy Weight Method

Abstract:
【Objective】In order to better assess and evaluate the progress and effectiveness of river and lake head system in Wuwei, summarize the experience, consolidate and improve this work, and provide reference for other regions.【Method】Starting with the basic situation of rivers in Wuwei, combined with the current situation of river and lake head system, and using the relevant data in 2016, 2018 and 2020, we used the EWM to evaluate the river head system.【Result】The comprehensive score of the assessment increased year by year, which was basically consistent with the implementation of the river head system in Wuwei and the self-assessment results, indicating that the river lake head system in Wuwei had obvious results. There are still some problems in the river and lake head system in Wuwei , such as the failure of some grass-roots river and lake heads to perform their duties, the lack of systematic river and lake governance and coordination of management, the difficulty of river sand mining supervision, and the large fund gap of river governance.【Conclusion】Put forward corresponding suggestions for relevant problems, including straightening out the management system, consolidating the basic work, building a comprehensive demonstration River and lake, paying attention to the duty performance of river and lake leaders, deeply carrying out special rectification actions, strengthening publicity and guidance, etc.
