Abstract: |
【Objective】 To study the mechanical properties of cement fly ash stabilized slag-coal gangue mixture and to solve the problem of large accumulation of industrial waste slag such as fly ash, slag and coal gangue in Ningxia area. 【Method】 The strength test, triaxial test and ultrasonic test of cement fly ash stabilized with different doping amounts (3%, 4%, 5%, 6%) of slag-coal gangue mixture with different doping amounts (0%, 25%, 50%, 75%, 100%) were carried out. 【Result】 The relationship between unconfined compressive strength and splitting strength of the specimens was established; in the triaxial test, the damage pattern of the specimens was influenced by the surrounding pressure and showed a typical shear damage; according to the test results, the relationship equations between slag substitution rate, cement dosing and peak stress and surrounding pressure were fitted; according to the results of scanning electron microscopy, the main hydration products of the specimens were found to be C-S-H, AFt, etc.; according to the ultrasonic test results, the unconfined compressive strength of the specimens showed a positive correlation with the amplitude. 【Conclusion】 Therefore, it is feasible to use fly ash, slag and coal gangue mixes as dam and pavement subgrade paving, which provides reference for the engineering application of fly ash, slag and coal gangue mixes. |
