Abstract:
【Objective】The force of shaft tubular pump device under the influence of different guide vane number is studied.【Method】In this paper, CFD method is used to study the bidirectional vertical shaft tubular pump device in a certain project. Based on RNG k-ε turbulence model, numerical calculation and experimental study are carried out for bidirectional pump devices with different guide vane numbers under different flow conditions.【Result】Under the condition of forward and reverse operation, the average axial force of the pump device under different guide vanes is close. When the number of guide vanes is multiple with the number of blades, the peak value of axial force pulsation increases significantly, which affects the safe operation of the device. The radial force of impeller is small, and the influence on engineering can be ignored. When the number of guide vanes is set to even, the radial force of guide vanes can be reduced.
