Abstract:【Objective】The effects of different water treatments on chlorophyll fluorescence parameters of soilless cucumber were studied .【Method】Using "Jinyou 35" cucumber as material. The plants were planted in the soilless cultivation ditch in the solar greenhouse, and six groups of different water treatments were set up. The chlorophyll fluorescence parameters of plant leaves were measured by a portable chlorophyll fluorescence imaging system (FluorCam fluorescence imaging system) .【Result】(1) When the upper limit was 100%, Fv/Fo and Fv/Fm values of water treatment T1 of cucumber at different growth stages were the highest. (2) When the upper limit was 85%, Fv/Fo and Fv/Fm values of water treatment T6 of cucumber at different growth stages were the highest.(3) When the upper limit was 100%, the qP value of water treatment T2 was the largest at the early and late fruit stage, and the qP value of water treatment T1 was the largest at the full fruit stage. (4) The NPQ value of water treatment T2 was the lowest in the initial stage and full fruit stage, and the NPQ value of water treatment T3 was the lowest in the later stage .【Conclusion】Reasonable water treatment at different growth stages of soilless cucumber could effectively improve leaf photosynthesis and increase assimilation rate. With the growth of soilless cucumber, the Fv/Fo and Fv/Fm values of cucumber leaves gradually increased, and the photosystem II activity increased during this process. The chlorophyll fluorescence parameters of cucumber under soilless cultivation could be adjusted by properly controlling the upper and lower limits of water content in substrate. |
