| 【Objective】The aim of this paper was to explain the three key issues of agricultural water management and promote the improvement of agricultural water management.【Method】Using the methods of literature survey and on-site investigation, we carried out the current situation, problems and analysis of the three key issues of agricultural water management, and elaborated the understanding of these issues.【Result】Three key issues such as agricultural water measurement had an important impact on agricultural water management and affected the sustainable utilization and management level of agricultural water.【Conclusion】The measurement of agricultural water use should adopt the various treatments according to local conditions. The agricultural water price should reduce the additional functions, but gradually return to the function of maintaining the sustainable operation of water conservancy projects. Making full use of agricultural water autonomy is an important means to improve the last-mile management of agricultural water use. |
