Abstract: |
Improving soil fertility is an important guarantee to maintain sustainable agricultural development and ensure food security in China. ToSfundamentally realize the increase of soil fertility, this study systematically summarized the development of soil fertility improvement principle and technology. SThe concept of soil fertility, soil fertility evaluation index and method, the relationship between soil fertility and crop yield, and the prospects of soil fertility improvement are thoroughly reviewed in this article. The analysis results show that the application of organic materials, especially processed biochar and commodity organic fertilizer, is the key technical method to improve the soil fertility at the present stage in China. Establishing the technology and standard of biochar and organic fertilizer production and application, and developing the theory of organic and inorganic combined applicationSis an important research direction to improve soil fertility in a long period of time in the future. |
