Abstract:
【Background】Hydrological phenomenon is a very complex physical phenomenon. It is not only affected by the temporal and spatial distribution characteristics of rainfall, but also affected by the underlying surface of the basin, human activities and other factors. Therefore, hydrologists have been exploring and studying for many years in order to reveal hydrological phenomena and their development and change laws. However, there are still many unsolved problems. Before fully understanding the hydrological law, hydrologists always try to simulate the hydrological process by establishing a model. The study of watershed hydrological model provides people with an important tool and method for scientific understanding and rational utilization of water resources, and provides an important scientific basis for water resources management and decision-making. The conceptual watershed hydrological model is simulated based on the physical concept of hydrological phenomena. What it simulates is not entirely a real physical entity, but a certain degree of generalization of the process of runoff and confluence. It is relatively simple in practical application and has the characteristics of low cost, high efficiency and strong operability. Therefore, whether in scientific research or production practice, Have been widely used. Conceptual watershed hydrological model is the main tool of flood forecasting and a very important non engineering measure to reduce flood losses. It can provide scientific decision-making basis for major decision-making issues such as flood control, drought resistance and water resources utilization. In addition, watershed hydrological models are also playing a more and more important role in the research fields of eco-environmental protection, agricultural irrigation, soil and water loss, the impact of global climate change and so on. 【Objective】Hydrological model is the mathematical abstraction and generalization of watershed hydrological process. Whether different models can accurately reflect the precipitation and runoff characteristics of the watershed depends on the matching degree between the model and the watershed. 【Method】In order to study the applicability of different models in the Lijiang River Basin, we selected 45 conceptual hydrological models to simulate the daily runoff of the Lijiang River Basin from 2008 to 2016, and compared and analyzed models from the aspects of model structural characteristics, evapotranspiration and runoff, so as to reveal the main influencing factors of model applicability in the basin. 【Result】MODHYDROLOG model is the best choice for hydrological simulation of Lijiang River Basin and similar basins, and GR4J, IHACRES and Hillslope models are also recommended. At the same time, the model with low runoff simulation accuracy had obvious deviation in simulating the actual evapotranspiration and runoff components. The simulation of actual evapotranspiration was not the decisive factor of runoff simulation accuracy, and the division of runoff components was the key factor affecting the applicability of the model. In addition, the generalized semi distributed model not only simplified the operation process, but also affected the simulation accuracy to a certain extent. 【Conclusion】MODHYDROLOG, GR4J, IHACRES and Hillslope are recommended models for hydrological simulation of Lijiang River Basin and similar basins.
