Study on spraying characteristics of micro spray tape under longitudinal structure optimization

Abstract:
in order to explore the effect of longitudinal structure optimization on improving the spraying uniformity of micro spray tape, taking N32 inclined 3-hole (CK1) and N32 inclined 5-hole (CK2) micro spray tape commonly used in the market as the control group, 30m inclined 3-hole combined 10m inclined 5-hole micro spray tape (T31) and 20m inclined 3-hole combined 20m inclined 5-hole micro spray tape (T11) as the test group, the spraying characteristics of four kinds of micro spray tapes under four head end working pressures were studied. The results show that working pressure and micro spray tape structure are the main factors affecting the spray characteristics of micro spray tape; The greater the head end pressure and the more holes in the micro jet, the greater the pressure loss along the pipe length; For the micro spray tape with the same structure, the greater the working pressure is, the greater the single hole flow is; Under the same working pressure, the single hole flow at the head end of CK2 is greater than CK1, but the single hole flow at the end of CK2 is less than CK1. For T11 under structural optimization, the single hole flow at the head and tail ends changes relatively evenly. CK2 when the pressure increases, the water distribution range increases and the uniformity of water distribution increases. After the pressure decreases, the water distribution is limited to the vicinity of the pipe tape; Increasing the pressure will improve the irrigation uniformity of the micro spray tape, but it is not that the greater the pressure, the higher the uniformity. There is an optimal working pressure range for the micro spray tape with different structures. In this test, the overall spraying uniformity of T11 is the largest under the working pressure of 0.035MPa. At the end of the micro spray tape, the spraying uniformity can be improved by reducing the distance between holes and increasing the number of holes. In order to ensure the uniformity in the actual work, the appropriate working pressure should be selected according to the structure of the micro spray tape.
