| The irrigated areas have obvious economic, social and ecological benefits in terms of improving agricultural production conditions and improving the quality and efficiency of agricultural products, which is of great significance in supporting and safeguarding national food security and implementing the strategy of rural revitalization. In order to deepen the reform of agricultural water price, Guizhou irrigated areas have initially formed a water price formation mechanism, formulated a targeted subsidy and water-saving incentive mechanism, and established a management and protection mechanism for agricultural water conservancy projects and a water consumption management mechanism. On the basis of analyzing the path of deepening the comprehensive reform of agricultural water price in Guizhou irrigation area and combining with the experience of deepening the comprehensive reform of agricultural water price in Meijiang Reservoir irrigation area, this paper provides reference for the next step of the comprehensive reform of agricultural water price. |
