Application of Hydrodynamic Model Based on Shallow Water Wave Equation

Abstract:
Takes a section of Dujiangyan Dongfeng Irrigation Area as the research object, The conservative Saint Venant equation is used as the control equation of one-dimensional unsteady flow in natural river channel. Based on Godunov format, a variable space reconstruction method is proposed under the condition of rapid change of channel section geometry in the irrigation area. The flux calculation formula of HLLC solver based on the conservative Saint Venant equation is derived and applied. The results show that the model has good simulation ability and adaptability in the water flow evolution in the irrigation area, It not only provides a high-precision and simple method for numerical simulation of hydrodynamic forces in complex areas such as irrigation areas, but also can realize reasonable and efficient prediction of water flow evolution in complex areas such as irrigation areas, providing strong support for water resource management and scheduling.
