Abstract:
In order to efficiently and accurately calculate the dam break flood routing process of the dammed lake, a high-performance full process coupling model including the two-dimensional runoff generation and concentration process of the upstream reservoir area and the two-dimensional flood routing of the downstream inundated area was constructed. Taking Mahu Reservoir in Leibo County, Sichuan Province as an example, the 100 a rainfall process and dam break process were dynamically simulated. The simulation results show that the time from rainfall to flood convergence is short, and the maximum flow of catchment section reaches 14 000 m3/s. It is easy to cause sudden mountain torrents; In case of sudden break, the dam break flood will inundate the Huanglang Town area downstream of the reservoir dam within 20 minutes, and the inundation depth will reach more than 10 m. It can be seen that the two-dimensional runoff generation and concentration and dam break inundation analysis model is very efficient in simulating flood evolution, which can quickly predict flood emergency rescue events and provide powerful data support for decision makers.
