Abstract:
In recent years, with the construction of ecological restoration projects and ecological slope protection projects, the role of slope vegetation in reducing soil erosion has attracted much attention. 【Objective】 In order to improve the soil and water conservation benefits of ecological engineering, rational use of slope vegetation to store runoff and reduce soil erosion on slope engineering.【Method】This paper uses indoor experiments to simulate the water depth when the water flows on slopes under different vegetation cover. And the law of the change of resistance, detailing the law of water depth along the slope and establishing the water depth equation to study the distribution and change process of resistance over the entire slope.【Result】(1) The equation of water depth on the slope. The equation of total resistance on the slope to which the current is subjected is derived. (2) Rigid vegetation and flexible vegetation have different hindrances to water flow in slope blocking. The resistance of vegetation to slope flow does not increase with the increase of vegetation density. There is an optimal planting density for slope vegetation to make water blocking effect. optimal.【Conclusion】When controlling hydraulic erosion in low mountain and hilly areas, the vegetation density should not be too thin or too dense, and the optimal vegetation density exists on the slope vegetation to make the water blocking effect the best.
