Research on Cleaning Method of Sensor Based on FlumeGate

Abstract:
Based on the actual operation of the integrated gate of measurement and control and the problems arising from sensor faults, this paper analyses the working principle of sensors, explores the cleaning and maintenance methods of sensors, and puts forward an automatic cleaning device from the modification of the protective shell of the equipment to the realization of the automatic washing function. Finally, the problem of inaccurate display and inaccuracy of sensors is solved. The device runs well, can achieve the function of automatic cleaning, greatly reduces the work intensity of maintenance personnel, enhances the safety and stability of integrated measurement and control gate, and improves the efficiency of water resources utilization in irrigation area. At the same time, it also provides technical guidance and demonstration for other irrigation areas with integrated measurement and control gates.
