WB company land remediation project management communication case study
Abstract:
This paper describes the WB company"s LJB land improvement project construction process, due to the local village group"s lack of understanding of the land improvement project, the unclear land ownership after the remediation, the WB company"s distrust, etc., resulting in the project in progress Negative cooperation, disassociation, and even resistance of a few village groups have occurred. After the phenomenon, WB Company improved the management mode for the project, and actively communicated with these village groups, so that the other party"s doubts about the land improvement project were completely eliminated, so that the LJB land was rectified under the active communication of both parties. The successful completion of the project has not only become a demonstration project, but also provided significant guiding significance and experience for management communication in the subsequent projects.
