Regulatory effect of humic acid on chlorophyll fluorescence characteristics of oat under drought stress

Abstract:
【Objective】The effects of humic acid (HA) on the chlorophyll fluorescence of oat leaves under drought stress were determined. 【Method】 The effects of spraying HA on chlorophyll content and fluorescence parameters of oat leaves under normal water supply, moderate drought stress and severe drought stress were studied by pot experiment.【Results】Water stress caused a significant decrease in Chla+Chlb, Chla/Chlb, Fm, Fv, Fv/Fm, Fv/Fo and qP, while Fo and NPQ were significantly increased. Compared with CK under drought stress, Chla+Chlb increased by 0.6%~40.82%, Chla/Chlb increased by 1.13%~30.09%, Fm increased by 0.7%~121.19%, Fv increased by 1.0%~171.79%, Fv/Fm Increase 0.2%-83.89%, Fv/Fo increase 1.9%~211.56%, qP increase 0.1%~68.30%, NPQ increase 6.02%~73.36%, and Fo decrease 0.70%~14.06%, which under heavy drought stress Significant differences.【Conclusion】Drought stress caused obvious damage to the PSII photoreaction system of oats. Spraying humic acid could alleviate its effects, and the effect was most obvious under severe drought stress.
