| 【Objective】The purpose of this paper is to explore the impact of different production organization modes on the inventory and delivery rate of pump enterprises, and to optimize the production management of pump enterprises.【Methods】The system dynamic modeling and simulation test methods were used to compare the changes in the inventory ,productivity and delivery rate of pump enterprises under the traditional make-to-order (MTO) and make-to-stock (MTS) organizational modes. Based on the analysis above, the optimized MTO & MTS pump order production management model was put forward.【Result】When customer demand fluctuated little and was easy to predict, MTO production organization mode could be adopted; when customer demand fluctuated sharply and was not be easily predicted, MTO & MTS combined order production organization mode could be adopted.【Conclusion】Because the pump demand is sensitive to the season and the natural environment, the optimized mode is more suitable for the production and inventory management of pump enterprises. |
